Our website is updated regularly to reflect publisher's price changes or special offers. Please contact us if you wish to check the most recent prices, or if you have an enquiry about any of our books. Our phone lines remain open until 8pm for your convenience.

eBooks and Secondhand Books

Please note that eBooks can only be purchased via the online shopping basket, whereas secondhand books cannot be purchased using this method.

Payment

New Books, Secondhand books and other items (excluding eBooks)

An invoice will be sent to you to be paid within 30 days. Please do not send money with your order. Cheques are still welcome, and we also accept credit/debit card payments (minimum amount £4.00). Card details can be given over the phone or emailed, and will be carefully destroyed once the transaction has been made. Alternatively, use the secure 'Make a Payment' Worldpay link located on the footer of each page.

Payment must be in British pounds(GBP) unless special arrangements have been made.

eBooks

Payment is required at the point of ordering for eBooks. You will be directed straight to the secure payment facility via Worldpay after checking out your basket. Therefore payment must be made by credit/debit card. An email will then be sent to you containing links for you to download your eBook. For further information regarding the download of eBooks please refer to our eBook Information page.

If you have ordered paper books at the same time as eBooks they will be separated into two baskets, each with a separate checkout.

Carriage

This is not applicable to eBooks!

New Books - Inland Carriage

All prices are excluding carriage. We aim to despatch your items within a few days of your order. If for any reason a delay is anticipated, you will be informed of it. It is helpful to know if you require the items by a certain date e.g. Sunday School prize giving, or for a Birthday present.

Parcels are despatched by Royal Mail second class delivery. Heavy orders may be sent by next day courier service. We would advise you of this in advance.
Inland carriage costs as shown below are based on the order value after any discount has been taken off.

Order value up to £10, carriage cost £1.50
Order value £10.01 - £20, carriage cost £2.50
Order value £20.01 - £50, carriage cost £3.50
Orders over £50 sent carriage FREE!

If you request first class delivery or next day courier service when this would not be our planned method of despatch, you will be charged for the carriage at cost. If you include secondhand books with your order, carriage will be charged at cost (see Secondhand Books - Inland Carriage below).

Secondhand Books - Inland Carriage

Secondhand book orders have carriage added at cost price. This is based on weight. If you are planning to purchase more than one book, it may be worth considering the following weight brackets:

Parcels under 1kg are sent by Royal Mail second class postage.
Parcels between 1kg and 2kg are sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £4.41.
Parcels between 2kg and 5kg are usually despatched with our courier at a cost of £6.
Parcels over 5kg are usually despatched with our courier at a cost of £9.

Orders which include new books and secondhand books will have carriage added at cost price.

International Carriage

International carriage is charged at cost. The cost will be quoted to you prior to despatch. Items are usually sent by surface mail unless requested otherwise.
